New Butter Knife

Pyramid by Georg Jensen
Brand: Georg Jensen
Availability: 0 in stock
SKU: 21683140
$48.00

Designed in 1927 by Harald Nielsen, the Pyramid sterling silver cutlery pattern was inspired by a fascination with ancient Egyptian forms and symbolism which was in vogue in the late 1920s after the discovery of Tutankhamun’s tomb. Pyramid’s Egyptian motif, seen in the stepped pyramid finial topped off with a little ball, illustrates Harald Nielsen’s contribution to the highly stylized and geometric Art Deco style.
